Book Your End-Of-Year Meetings in East Nashville’s Best Meeting Rooms

If you’ve ever had to book space for an end-of-year meeting, you know there’s more to it than finding a room with walls and a door. The look and feel of the space, its technical capacity, and its equipment need to support the meeting’s purpose and set the right tone. It also needs to fit your budget.

But whoever said there’s only so much you can expect from meeting space hasn’t seen the possibilities at Center 615.

We offer eight conference rooms with seating up to 14 people that you can rent by the hour. All meeting rooms include TVs, whiteboards, hardwire outputs, Google Fiber Wi-Fi, and video-conferencing gear upon request.

The Clock Is Ticking on Year-End Meeting Space

Q4 is notoriously busy, and calendars can fill up fast. Booking appropriate conference space for the year’s final meeting right now gives attendees plenty of time to plan around the date. It also gives you peace of mind, knowing that you’ve secured what you wanted and can cross this to-do off your list.

Before searching “meeting rooms Nashville,” identify your goals so you can find space that inspires attendees. We’ve come a long way since the austere meeting space of yore, with off-white walls and rigid chairs.

At Center 615, each meeting room has its own personality. Whether the agenda focuses on discussion or an annual presentation, you can choose a setting that fits the purpose. Hourly rates begin at $35 and free parking is included.

We’re conveniently located in the historic Edgefield neighborhood of East Nashville, five blocks from the Cumberland River and minutes away from the Five Points hub.

What Are Your Meeting Room Options at Center 615?

At our three-building Center 615 campus, you have eight uniquely themed meeting and conference rooms to choose from (most of which are named after The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy).

Our largest meeting room, the Zaphod Room, features cozy seating with attached laptop tables and a massive 80-inch LED screen. It’s ideal for presentations and seats up to 14.

For iconic Mad Men impact and a dash of mid-century class, the Draper Room features rich leather chairs and impressive mixed-material styling. While the ambiance is polished and retro, the technical functionality is all cutting-edge.

For something completely different and meetings of up to seven, the sci-fi, space-themed Vogon Room features an exterior, wall-mounted lightsaber that acts as a “busy” light when meetings are in session. Leaning especially “galaxy far-far-away,” it’s often described as a working nerd’s dream.

You’d think the Deep Thought Room would be a place for quiet contemplation, but it was built to inspire collaboration. The standout feature is the floor-to-ceiling whiteboard that spans the walls, allowing for complex workflows and diagrams. This is a great choice for teams of up to eight working in tech or creative agencies.

The Dyana Room seats up to eight around a spacious ten-foot-long table. A mini fridge keeps refreshments close, and the Rock’em Sock’em Robots offer an unconventional way to settle a friendly disagreement. (We recommend leading with next year’s budgets.)

When Year-End Calls for a Celebration

If your year-end plans include a larger gathering, our conference rooms are only the beginning. We also offer event space Nashville businesses can reserve for employee recognition, client receptions, and holiday celebrations.

For private event space Nashville teams can make their own, Main Street Gallery provides an artistic setting with a projector, screen, and microphone. The Rec Hall offers corporate event space Nashville companies can book for larger groups, with indoor-only rentals from December through February.
