The Tennessee Higher Education Initiative is a nonprofit based at Center 615 that brings college programs inside Tennessee prisons across the state. Their organization coordinates the programs and runs accredited college campuses at each of the prison sites, leading to Associate’s degrees in Business Administration and Political Science.
