About Center 615
At Center 615, we pride ourselves on being one of Nashville’s best places to work and gather, and that ethos fuels our creativity when designing our spaces. As remote work has shown us, you can work most jobs and host meetings from anywhere today, but finding a unique spot can be a challenge.
As a coworking space that also provides our members and the public with private office leases, event space rentals, and meeting rooms for rent, C615 is a place that strives for excellence in all regards. We want people to be excited to work or gather here, and from what we’ve seen in our many years here in East Nashville, Center 615 is living up to our expectations. But we never cease to make changes and improvements to give our clients the best possible place to get work done. So if you do decide to explore our campus to learn more, we’re quite sure you’ll find that our coworking space is unlike any you’ve seen before. And if you’re looking to rent a meeting room, you’re likely looking for specifics on them.
So, without further ado, let’s take a quick look at each of our eight specially designed meeting rooms. We think you’re likely to find a space that matches your vibes, no matter what you’re looking for in a conference room.
Deep Thought Room
Are you an expressive and dynamic meeting host looking for a room that lines up with your creative process? Look no further than the Deep Thought Room at C615. The most striking feature of this room is the floor-to-ceiling whiteboard walls, which give you and your team space to create, problem-solve, and express yourselves for hours on end. This room seats up to eight people, and features a central table that’s over eight feet long, complete with enough dry-erase markers for every person (and with a few to spare). Like all of our meeting rooms at Center 615, the space also includes free wifi access and hard-wired connections with Google Fiber internet. If you love to brainstorm and collaborate, the Deep Thought Room is there for you.
Draper Room
Ever wanted to play out a modern Mad Men meeting fantasy? In the Draper Room, you can do just that, with up to nine other people (ten total). Enjoy the comfort of rich leather office chairs, customizable, moody lighting, and all the modern amenities that C615 can offer, all in one space. This conference room also features a 60-inch LED display and an available conference phone (upon request) for multimedia presentations and hosting remote participants. Like all of our Nashville conference rooms for rent, you and your guests will enjoy free onsite parking right here at our East Nashville campus, making getting to and from your meeting a breeze.
Dyana Room
If you’re looking for a spot that’ll be able to sustain an hours-long meeting without driving you and your team crazy, the Dyana Room is just the place for you. This room seats up to eight people and features a large, ten-foot table for plenty of comfort when you need to go long. What makes the Dyana Room unique? Well, two things: a mini fridge for snack and drink storage when you need to dig into a problem, and of course, the Rock’em Sock’em Robots. If you’ve ever needed to settle a friendly disagreement in a meeting so things can move on and continue to be productive, you likely wished for a solution like this. Have loads of fun while getting things done in this cozy space that’s built for lengthy breakout sessions.
Engine Room
The Engine Room at Center 615 is reserved for members only, making it the most exclusive meeting room you’ll find on our campus. This space is themed around Music City’s railroad history, featuring a locally crafted conference table made from railroad cross-ties and steel from the tracks. The space is suitable for up to eight participants, and features a 55-inch LED display that works great for presentations. One of Center 615’s coworking or office rental perks that we’re quite proud of is the discount our members enjoy when renting a meeting room or event space. Members enjoy free access to our conference rooms at Center 615. If you rent office space here, that means you get unlimited access during and after business hours. For our coworking members, you can enjoy discounted (half off) rates for renting conference rooms during business hours, and free access after business hours. No matter what you do at Center 615, we want you to feel at home here. So it only makes sense to welcome our members with exclusive discounts and free access to these meeting spaces right in the heart of the city.
Hitchhiker Room
Looking to host a one-on-one or a small meeting with just a few teammates? The Hitchhiker Room is the perfect place for you. This small space is our most affordable meeting room on campus and seats up to four people. There are no gizmos or equipment here: just a table, chairs, and wifi and hard-wired connections for internet access. If you’re looking for a room to meet and have intense conversations or coding sessions, you can’t go wrong in the Hitchhiker Room.
Trillian Room
The Trillian Room feels like the near future. It’s got all the tech you need for hosting remote clients or teammates, all the video and internet hookups you could ever need, and a bunch of comfortable office chairs to round out the lineup. You can seat up to eight people in this meeting room, and it also features a dry-erase board for the low-tech note-taking you sometimes need in the heat of a great brainstorming session.
Vogon Room
Let’s go further into the future with some sci-fi theming. The Vogon Room has an exterior lightsaber that acts as an indicator that intense business is underway inside. But the space age tech doesn’t stop there: Vogon also features a custom-designed table which lets you connect four devices to the large 50-inch LED display. You can easily switch between presentations or screen shares for better presentations and problem-solving. A movable dry-erase board gives you a space for note-taking that can easily travel from corner to corner for visibility. The Vogon Room is a working nerd’s dream, and an excellent place to get work done.
Zaphod Room
Sometimes you need to go big. The Zaphod Room is our largest meeting space at Center 615, seating up to fourteen people. It hosts film screenings and training sessions, and the cozy seating with attached laptop tables is perfect for coding sessions or video conferences. There’s an 80-inch LED screen big enough to see clearly from the back of the room, and video-conferencing equipment is available upon request. Here you can host virtual clients or remote teammates with ease, and still feel connected in a large, accommodating space.
