How Long Have You Been at Center 615?
I joined Center 615 in 2022, drawn by its vibrant community and creative energy.
What Drew You to Working in Life and Leadership Coaching?
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people thrive—how challenges can become catalysts for growth. For as long as I can remember, I could see people’s strengths and help pull them out. The more I shared about my intuitive gifts and insights, the more people began seeking me out for perspective and guidance. As I embraced this part of myself and fully stepped into my power to help others, coaching became a natural calling. It’s the perfect way to channel my intuition and all my other gifts into empowering others to discover their strengths, move through obstacles, and transform their lives.
What Is Your Favorite Thing About What You Do?
Witnessing those “aha” moments when someone realizes their own potential is the most rewarding part of my work. I love helping clients connect the dots and move forward with clarity and confidence.
What Have Been Some of Your Biggest Challenges in Business and Life?
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced moments of uncertainty and self-doubt, wondering if a business built on my insights would provide a solid foundation. Navigating constant change, expanding my practice to work both from home and three days a week at Center 615, and meeting the evolving needs of my clients have all stretched me in new ways. One of my most significant challenges has been learning to lean into my intuition in building my business and unique work, even when the path ahead wasn’t clear. Balancing deep empathy and my intuitive insights with strong boundaries, especially with those I love, and remembering to refill my own well have been essential lessons that continue to shape my journey.
I’ve learned that growth often happens just beyond the edge of certainty and that trusting yourself is the most important work of all.
Where Do You Do Your Best Work?
To be honest, my office suite is truly my sanctuary: a space infused with warmth, loving energy, and intention. I’ve designed it to feel like a welcoming embrace, where clients can immediately sense they are held and supported. There’s a dedicated area for my desk and all my work essentials, where inspiration flows easily, and a cozy sitting area set aside just for my clients. This comfortable, inviting setup allows for both deep focus and heartfelt connection. Whether I’m coaching in person or virtually, the space is wrapped in a sense of calm and possibility, making it the perfect environment for transformation to unfold.
What’s Your Favorite Amenity That Center 615 Offers?
Honestly, it’s the sense of community that stands out most for me. Center 615 is always offering networking opportunities or end-of-the-day decompressing events that make it easy to connect, recharge, and feel supported. The space truly has everything you could want in a nurturing, well-designed environment to make your workday easier and better. And if the incredible staff can count as an “amenity,” they would be my favorite! They bring warmth, kindness, and genuine care to every day here.
Do You Have a Favorite Meeting Room at Center 615?
Not sure if the Rec Hall is a meeting room, but each day I walk through it, I want to stop and play!
What Do You Think About the Weekly Ginger Shots?
Love them.
What Are Some of Your Favorite Places to Visit in East Nashville and the Surrounding Area?
I’ll admit, I haven’t had the full East Nashville experience yet; there’s still so much for me to discover! But my go-to spot when I want to unwind with friends after work is Hawkers. It’s the perfect place for great food, lively energy, and meaningful connections at the end of a busy day. I’m always open to new recommendations and looking forward to exploring more of what the neighborhood has to offer.
