Center 615 is an expansive and versatile coworking and office suite rental campus conveniently located in Nashville’s Five Points Neighborhood. Whether you’re looking to rent a coworking space or need a permanent office setup for your small business or startup, we’ve got you covered. Our business campus has eight conference rooms for coworkers for free or discounted rates, large event spaces for hosting gatherings or off-site meetings, and a number of amenities for our office renters or coworking family. In addition to free coffee and tea, the space is wired with high-speed internet, perfect for getting work done or connecting audio-visual equipment for presentations and even film premieres. Free, easy-to-access parking makes getting here and setting up for work or an event a breeze. 

For smaller gatherings, you may even be content with simply renting a meeting room. These rooms can do double duty as event spaces or more traditional conference rooms. Our large Zaphod Room has hosted small art shows and music video viewings, comfortably seating up to 14 people. Featuring a large 80-inch LED display, this space is perfect for intimate gatherings, and the rent is affordable. Rates start at $100 per hour during business hours, and after-hours rates are only $30 more per hour, with a three-hour minimum. Our meeting rooms can host a small shindig easily, but what happens when you need to host a much bigger gathering for friends, family, or your business?

Renting Event Space at Center 615

Hosting an event at your own home or apartment can be untenable when you need more space or better technology. Not only do you need to consider the logistics of getting people to your event, but you also need to ensure you’re staying on budget. Renting an event space makes things much simpler when you’re planning even the simplest get-together. 

So, how do you know what to look for in a rental space, and what’s a reasonable price to pay for it? Right now, things just seem to cost more. From food and drinks to decor and seating, everything starts adding up quickly. And most importantly, what is the rent for the space itself? Renting event space in Nashville can be costly, so we offer our members big discounts. Active members who rent an office suite enjoy 50% off any event rental rate here at Center 615 and can even enjoy 15% off our larger production and event spaces at Studio 615. 

So, what are our event spaces like at Center 615? Let’s explore each one so you know what to expect from these unique places to host gatherings. 

Our smallest space at Center 615 is still quite big, giving you 1,400 square feet of outdoor space with a great view of the city. Dubbed the Roof Deck, this versatile and sunny space is perfect for fresh air parties, wedding receptions, or outdoor yoga sessions. This space has hosted a variety of gatherings and can be rented in addition to our larger spaces. We can comfortably seat 75 in this space or 125 people standing. Included in the rental is free on-site parking, patio furniture (including sun umbrellas), wifi access, and an on-site manager for quick questions or concerns. The price to rent the event space on the Roof Deck is $250 per hour, with that price cut in half for members of Center 615. 

Next, we have an indoor space that’s perfect for casual get-togethers, art shows, and weddings. The Main Street Gallery is a large 1900-square-foot space with neutral decor and a variety of included amenities to make your gathering go off without a hitch, no matter what you’re doing there. The space can comfortably seat 115 people, features a 100-inch projector screen for visual presentations or film debuts, a PA system, and several large tables for hosting banquets or art exhibits. No matter what you need from the space, it can accommodate your needs and help you elevate your gathering or event to the next level. For art exhibit rental, you get a nice discount, paying just $125 per hour. For any other events, the rate is $250 per hour, but Center 615 members or office renters get 50% off that rate. Your membership at Center 615 has a lot of perks, and access to this space for so cheap is maybe the best one that not enough of our clients know about. 

Lastly, the Rec Hall & Courtyard is our biggest space, and it also has the most character. This event hall has indoor and outdoor space and can accommodate up to 400 standing if rented during the spring, summer, and fall months. A PA system, microphone and stand, and free parking for your guests are included in the rental. You can request additional infrastructure like tables, chairs, and recommended food and drink vendors for easy-to-organize catering. Our on-site manager can help you with things like opening the large garage door for quicker access between indoor and outdoor spaces and setting up the PA system for announcements or music. From December to February, the rental does not include the outdoor courtyard space, but the rental rate reflects that. Rather than paying by the hour for this large, multipurpose event space, you instead pay for five- or ten-hour sessions. Rates start at $2,200 in the winter or $2,800 when renting the courtyard and rec hall. These prices are of course halved for Center 615 members, giving you an excellent value for a massive amount of space. This space has hosted wedding ceremonies and receptions, company parties, birthday parties, and other social gatherings that needed a ton of space.
