Andy Puddicombe is a former Buddhist monk and the founder of Headspace, a digital meditation platform invented to increase mindfulness in our everyday lives. In this talk, Puddicombe asserts that clearing one’s mind for ten minutes daily will reap many benefits. “Most people assume that meditation is all about stopping thoughts…but it’s actually quite different.” Watch our selection for Tuesday Talk below to learn how to practice increased mindfulness.
