An event space is the perfect solution to these problems and many other concerns people face when planning a holiday event. Event spaces are excellent for larger gatherings that would make your home too crowded, but can still feel intimate if it’s a smaller meet-up. Renting an event space takes a lot of pressure off hosts such as yourself, meaning you can actually enjoy the party instead of stressing about whether the appetizers went out too early. When you work with an event space, your holiday party ideas are supplemented by the people you’re renting from.
We have played host to birthday parties, corporate events, art shows, weddings, and more, so we have the hookups. While event spaces don’t always provide catering or music, we can help you find great options among the spots we’ve worked with before.
Center 615 has three event spaces available for rent (with exclusive deals for members here) and two spaces at Studio 615. When you rent an event space with us, you get some basic amenities right away. We have free and ample parking for everyone attending, and most event spaces also come furnished in a style that fits their vibes. Free onsite WiFi makes it easy to play music from your own speaker system or to host remote attendees at a work gathering.

Party Spots at Center 615
Finding fun places for a holiday party can be a challenge, especially in a city that parties as hard as Nashville. While you might not jump immediately to the conclusion that a coworking space is the perfect venue for your next holiday shindig, hear us out! Coworking spaces are all about hosting people, from office space to coworking areas and a gaggle of meeting rooms, we provide it all. It’s a real no-brainer to host events, and we love to give our members unique perks and discounts. Here are the different multi-use spaces you can rent for a party this holiday season at Center 615.
Roof Deck
The Roof Deck is an outdoor space with 1,400 square feet of multi-purpose space and a great view of the city. With patio furniture, a large umbrella for shade, bistro lights, an onsite manager, and the option to add indoor space, this venue is sure to fit your holiday party. A four-hour rental here costs $800 for non-members and half that for members. Each additional hour is $200, or $100 if you’re a C615 member already.
Main Street Gallery
The Main Street Gallery is an indoor gallery space that’s perfect for art exhibits or intimate holiday gatherings. This space has 1,900 square feet to work with, as well as a microphone and PA system, a projector with a large screen, and an onsite manager to assist. With a standing room capacity of 175 people, you can comfortably party in this space with your whole workforce or extended family. Prices here are identical to the roof deck, and you can reserve both spaces at once for a sprawling holiday event.
Rec Hall & Courtyard
Center 615’s largest space for your holiday party is the Rec Hall & Courtyard. This indoor and outdoor space has standing room for 400 people, so it’s sure to fit your needs. A PA system and microphone are included here as well, for announcements, auctions, karaoke, or whatever you can dream of. With plenty of space to host live music or other performances both indoors and out, this area is perfect for a holiday party. Prices for members start at $1400 for 5 hours, but it’s important to note that the courtyard is closed from December to February. Food and drink add-ons are available and easily set up through our recommended catering vendors and bar services.
Holiday Events at Studio 615
The best places for a holiday party in Nashville are actually a bit outside of city limits, at Studio 615. Studio 615 is just a ten-minute drive from downtown Nashville, and that distance gives us even more space to spread out. Hosting big holiday gatherings at one (or both) of our two event spaces is easy and includes a lot of bang for your buck that can help keep the hosting duties light.
The Event Hall
The Event Hall is a massive, multipurpose space with a lot to offer to enhance your holiday gathering. With 4,000 square feet to play in, you can find customizable LED lighting, a robust sound system, parking for 100 cars, and a lot more here. Add-ons here include additional seating, green rooms, an outdoor patio, and expansion to our Grove, as well as food and drink from our recommended services. The cleaning service is included with our rental prices, which start at $2,050 for a five-hour reservation.
The Grove
The Grove is our largest space, with over 35 acres of nature to explore and party the night away. The event space features a covered patio and raised stage for concerts or presentations. A sound system and LED lighting can transform this space into your winter wonderland, and we can host 150 people here. You can also find a full disc golf course on-site for your more competitive revelers. Prices here start at $1,200 for ten hours of access, which is a lot of bang for your buck.
